Description:
|
The project boat is a Kellercraft, 5.5m (18 feet), around 1980s model, near 20deg deadrise at the transom, 2.25m at the shoulders.
The Kellercraft brand were an Australian designed and built hull, quite a few of these boats were powered by stern drives and also Hamilton jets. If the hull reminds you of a Carribean or Bertram or a Hamilton you would be correct as to the best of my knowledge as these all came from the same factory or a sister factory here in Australia.
The boat will be used for spearfishing, fishing, skiing and allround general family and friends fun here on the Great Barrier Reef just of Cairns where I live.
I plan show this project here without too many large jumps in work completed, hopefully.
