Drilling Holes

Hated to drill holes into a perfectly good deck, but need to get the foam in there some how.

Used the wood that came out of the hole cutter to replace,

set a battery on top to make the expansion move up through the hull, instead of on top of deck
|

I glass in the foam where it would have direct water contact in the bilge.

Since ambient temps in Seattle at this time of year was 40 degrees, need to raise the temp in under the deck, used a hair dryer. Seem to work well and foam expansion worked well.
