 Ugly Seats
On Day one I replaced the swivel seats that were mounted on the benches. The one in front was broken, so I replaced them all. Decided that blue would be a much better color.
Picture with just new seats. As can be seen the propeller looks beat up, and was the original on the boat in 1988.
 Only seats.

 Side View
In this view you can see the boat needs some adjusting on the trailer. The bunks fall about 6 inches short of the transom, and the boat rests practically on the fenders.

Here is a birds eye view of the boat after I installed the new removeable floor. The floor comes out in 4 pieces for easy storage during the Winter. The frontmost piece is upohlstered in roofing rubber instead of carpet for protection from the anchor. The floormat on the middle piece and on the rear under the gas tank serve the same purpose.

 Front piece
This was the most difficult piece to cut. I did not use any cardboard templates, but rather I just made lots of measurements and calculations.
The fit is nice and tight, and it does a great job protecting the floor from the anchor. Underneath there is just enough room for a spare prop.
 Front piece in use.

 Middle floor
This part of the fllor is where the rear anchor and other supplies are kept.

All nice and tidy..........................obviously before a fishing trip.
 Great place to store supplies.
 Bilge pump!
After bailing once while leaving the boat docked, I added a bilge pump. Not the worlds most powerful, but it does its job.
Cut a hole in the splashwell to allow for the bilge hose. Works out rather nicely

 Hose dream

 Switches
Around this time I added lights to the boat (Navigation) an put the switches on a raised part of the splashwell. The pump and lights both have 1 amp fuses and all the wire is run under the floor through a flexible pvc type hose.
The boat was move foreward on the trailer roughly 6". I raised the bunks and rollers so that the boat is a good 4" up from the fenders. I painted the fenders a metalic blue, and also replaced the bearings and aded bearing buddies.

 Locator
Added a locator. It used to be a portable model mounted on a carrying case with batteries inside. The case his hidden under the rear seat, and I got a bracket to make it function like a permanant model
