Last summer I boat an Alumacraft boat and motor. I ultimately want a boat designed for fishing and with pedastal seats, but price is an issue. For the amount I had to spend on a boat, I couldnt get something like that in good shape. Instead I bought a 14fter. It is a typical 14 foot aluminum boat with 3 bench seats and a 4th seat up in the bow. I fish all year long, but my favorite time to fish is in the Fall.......cold water temps. To make the boat more comfortable I made a removeable floor.
