Bought the boat with trailer and unknown condition of the motor for $550.

Ripped all the soaked carpet to find all dry rotted wood everywhere!

Bow Ripped Out (End of Summer)
|
Ripped out all the rotted wood with saws and hammers. Removed foam and am going sand down flush. Floor of bow in pretty decent shape, no soft spots really.

Removing the wood that holds up the fiberglass console. The wood had caused the console to sink a little, however no cracks to fiberglass. Used new piece of plywood for console and am going to fiberglass to floor.

Restoring the Teak (PRE RESTORE)

Boat has a nice teak swim platform and teak cover for ski locker. Unscrewed the pieces, sanded them down, and refinished them.
