This is my new boat project that I will be sharing with everyone! Powercat made only a limited amount of 23V boats which are 23 foot walk around center consoles. I found this boat in Hobe Sound, Florida for $3800 dollars the day after it had been dropped from $5900 dollars. The boat looked to be in such rough shape, after the "sea trial", I was able to actually purchase the boat, 225 Evinrude motor (Which received a new power head 2 years ago) and the Rolls trailer for $2500 dollars.
