Jump seats removed, center section of floor is rotten.

Mercruiser 140 HP, replaced coil and engine started right up after repeatedly dumping fuel down the carb until the fuel pump picked up. Plugs, rotor and points were replaced last year. Will do it again before it hits the lake along with an oil change.

Transom in good shape.

most of the decking removed.

Center stinger was completely rotten. Side stingers are good.
|

Still have to cut out wood and fiberglass under front motor mount. It has a lot of flex when the engine is cranking.
