We got the rear sections of floor out and are ready to start tearing out the old wood. Luckely though the way this transom is designed I will only have to replace the center peice as it is seperate from the other sections.

Transom is stripped and ready for the new wood
|
So we got the old wood out it took about a 1/2 hour to strip it to the glass useing chisels, scrappers and a grinder. Know all she needs is some fresh wood.
