Description:

This project walks through snorkeling the airbox and intake/exhaust for a Kawasaki Brute Force 650i. This should work with other years and models of Brute Force with little modification.
Parts needed for this project:
PVC Cement
3M Silicone Sealant
2" Hole Saw
2 1/2" Hole Saw
Screw Drivers (Phillips & Standard)
Hack Saw
Tape Measure
Zip Ties
2' 2" PVC or Black ABS Pipe
4' 1 1/2" PVC or Black ABS Pipe
One 2" Rubber 90 Elbow
Two 2" 90 Elbows
Two 2" Street 90 Elbows
One 2" Street 45 Elbow
One 2" Female Threaded Coupling
One 2" Male Threaded Coupling
Five 1 1/2" Street 45 Elbows
One 1 1/2" 45 Elbow
Five 1 1/2" 90 Elbows
One 1 1/2" Street 90 Elbow
Two 1 1/2" Female Threaded Couplings
Two 1 1/2" Male Threaded Couplings
One 2" to 1 1/2" Reducing Bushing
One KFX700 Exhaust Boot and Clamps
