this is the keel rest and whinch. The stand pipe was full of black sluge that took 15 min to flush out.

The trailer had been 'repainted' and was pitted and rusted from road rocks. Also the inside of the rims were coated with greasey grim slung out from the bearings.

This is the back area.

The transom, cables and lovely leaves. Found the drain plug and a 9/16s wrench in there.

The battery box is in excellent condition, unlike the floor.

After I got the floor out and grinded the fiberglass away.

Bunk boards with standard burbur carpeting. More pitted and poorly painted trailer parts.

Cleaned the trailer down to bare metal.

Slid the boat off the trailer by myself. Should have taken a picture of that!!

Getting as much done as I could @ once.
Puting paint on trailer and sanding underside of boat.

The top section was painted/abused and looked like the bottom section. I sanded it all down using 150 grit on a palmsander.

Before and after on the bunk boards.
Removed the burbur carpeting and roofing nails and replaced with black marine grade bunk carpeting and staples.
