Foam filled metal seat boxes with old deteriorated plywood seat material........Transom wood was also old plywood.........

New seats cut, stained and varnished, plus transom two layers of 3/4" plywood material epoxied together, stained and varnished..........

Trailer needs some work but ready to put her in the water...... The 1985 - 8 HP Johnson runs like a top! Five days to completion!

The 1981 Cox trailer is undergoing reconstructive surgery.......Rotted out wheel covers and bolted on wood framing added to the missing rear end framing need some creative work............

Added a couple of layers of fiberglass mat and West system epoxy to the underside og the wheel covers, ground out the rotted areas, filled the topside with short hair fiberglass bondo and sanded them smooth, ready for paint..............

Cut up framing from another trailer I have, bolted the parts together, added slide on bunks, (Which were also on the other trailer), Added new hubs and bearings and spray painted it. Looks like new!
