i took the top layer of windows off because they were falling off

after that i then seen rot in the dash whish was really bad i could poke my finger through the dash in spots

then i seen some rot in the top of the half cab so i decided to take it off aswell and removed steering wheel and motor controls

with the half cab removed and floor boards up will go around the top where the half cab was and clean up with the rotoray sander

i have removed the floor and had a good look at the area looks ok but i think i will add a few more bits off wood and replace some of the crappy looking stuff and then glass it in

a look at the back showing transom/seats i am gonna remove the seats and transom unsure how much of the transom will be removed but it has some rot and will have to go

damage from old trailer there is 4 spots like this the old trailer had 4 little pads where the boat sat on and were set up incorectly and put indents in the hull will fix with pushing it out from inside with new wood and then glassing from the inside

mess of fibre glass and black silicone type stuff along the keel done by previous owner (stepdad) was meant to stop leaks but didnt really help will sand it off glass the whole keel and resand smooth and paint
