I have reomved the consols, decking, and gun walls but the weather has been so bad this month (15 inches of rain this month alone and now it's 18 digrees) BURRRR! I have not taken any more pictures, but I will this weekend.

I cleaned the inner hull and applied a good coat of Gluvit epoxy to seal any rivet issues. The stringer were reattached using SS screws and 3M 5200.

New glass coated wood and new aluminuim inner skin installed....rock solid.

Struts were added to the aluminum stringers and bolted to the transom. Notice the new transom engine support plate.

I replaced the factory closed cell foam and added a ski locker...the hole will be cut into the floor later.

5/8 exterior grade plywood will be painted on both sides and edges with a exterior enamel paint.

The new floor was painted with enamel primer then secured with SS screws and coated with marine carpet glue for water proofing.

A second coat of marine carpet glue was applyed then the vinyl was rolled into place. Walls carpeted and bow piece reinstalled.

Natulex marine vinal (Shark Color) is in and looking very nice. Remember the ski locker in under there....hole to be cut later.

The gun walls are in and covered with marine carpet. Rod storage will be added later. The bow piece was rebuilt in the original configuration and covered with Natulex.

The color is really Gray not pea soup green. hehe. I will be starting the console rebuild next week and should have more pictures by the end of Feb.

The consols are driving me crazy, so many options when you start from scratch. I settled on this configuration, now the finishing, mounting, and wireing of electronics.
