this is what I started with. it is a 21' 1981 bayliner trophy hardtop cuddy cabin with an 115 yamaha outboard.

bow looking aft. gonna get out there tommorrow and grind all the edges down. at this point the new transom has been made, just waiting for us composites to deliver the epoxy resin and the glass. should be here on 3/22/2006.

(beefed up stringer to transom join. the original join had broken loose ans the 3/4 plywood knee was not glassed at all. also the old transom had no glass covering it or wrapping from the face to the hull transom.

new floor installed and ready for glass. once the glass is done (tomorrow) the bilge pumps and the kicker bracket can be mounted. then the top goes on.

boe looking aft. notice the new beefed up kicker motor support on the port side. the original was just 1/8" fiberglass. now it is is 1" wood glassed over 2 times and tied to the side of the hull. much stonger now. tomorrow (monday) I will be glassing in the floor using poly as I ran out of epoxy. 10 gallons only got me to where you see now. The top goes back on on tuesday.

keel got ground flat after the boat seperated from trailer on the freeway.I did a quick patch job to try to salvage the weekend. no where did the damage go through the hull
