Description: Another floor and Transom Replacement. I did it the hard way (not taking the top off or cutting the outer skin of the transom.
I Also Built a new trailer myself from Scratch.
Tools / Materials: Go to the Boating Store

Wood Chips
The Floor was in Fairly poor condition (sorry no photos of floor removal)

After having a bit of a dig around the Transom i realised it had to be all replaced.........Dred!

The floor (or where it was)

The Transom almost removed
This is part of the Transom almost all gone, A little bit to do. I Cleaned this back to the Glass with a Grinder that had a worn down wire brush attachment, Worked quite well.

As you will notice the outer skin is still intact so i just slotted the new Transom down the back. I used two pices of 15mm ply laminated together with Epoxy resin with Glue Additive.
