Description:

1975 28ft Bayliner Bounty with rotten transom and I think the stringers as well. I have never done anything like this before, so this should get entertaining. So far I have the engines and the out drives off and today got into the transom and it has dry rot from top to bottom. A friend of mine just replaced his transom in the same boat and he said he cut his old transom from the inside with a small electric chain saw, so off I go and get me one,$99 bucks later, it's just the right tool for that job.
i will post some pictures when I figure out how to do it and keep you abreast of the trial and tribulations of my attempt at boat building.
