(07-26-2006) Removing the rub rail was a breeze...rubber pulled out easily...and the railing was held with screws. This is gonna be easy, right?? NOPE! The front and sides separated easily. The Transom was glassed in with 24oz woven roven. Three days of grinding around the transon...removing foam on either side...and cutting out the wood..(and with alittle help from my floor jack)...the transom finally separated.
