I knew of someone getting ready to throw away some aluminum angle and thought that it would be a lighter way to frame the bow than using any kind of wood. Im supprised at how light this stuff is and pretty strong too when bolted together. Thinking that im going to be able to secure it to the aluminum piece (the piece with the green outdoor carpet) that is already there. Also im thinking that when i cut out the deck out of ply that i can put a hatch door or something so i can store stuff in there. Not sure if im going to put a battery in there or just like the life vests and such. Will have to see how the weight will work out as far as ballence and all.
